The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and mouth care, as well as monitoring and reporting changes in their condition.
The role requires maintaining resident confidentiality, reporting any known or suspected unauthorized access to facility information systems, and adhering to established policies and procedures.
