  • You will define how AI is practically used in evaluation, characterization, calibration, trimming, and qualification to reduce measurement effort and shorten time-to-confidence in silicon.

  • Experience with mixed-signal/high-speed digital

  • Debugging silicon with limited observability
  • Working knowledge of ML on measurement data
  • Experience using AI-enabled engineering tools
  • Python-based analysis environments
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Demonstrated technical leadership
