Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in resident condition.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, and ensure residents are kept dry and comfortable.
