Job Summary

  • This role is key in ensuring that the company’s Social Policies and Industrial Relations strategy is developed and delivered effectively on the Belfast site.
  • The candidate would require relevant employment law knowledge and most importantly show a real desire to significantly increase their knowledge (In particular within Employment Law in Northern Ireland).
  • Financial Reward: Competitive salary, annual profit share, contributory pension, share options, Work / Life Balance : 36 hour week, flexible working around core hours and Friday afternoons off, flexible working.
