Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, acting as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries.
Creates and expedites sales orders, ensuring cost accuracy, specification compliance, and on-time delivery, while coordinating with plant operations for scheduling and delivery.
Provides timely reports to support clients, sales, marketing, and operations, covering forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
