Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
Minimum one ( 1 ) year of experience
Familiarity with commercial occupancies
Strong communicator (both oral and written)
Expected to travel and attend meetings
Ability to perform physical activities
Ability to safely use ladders, scaffolds, lifts
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
Ability to type at a computer for several hours a day
Ability to drive and safely operate a motor vehicle
