  • Perform and/or assist cardiologists with all cardiac ultrasound procedures done in the department.
  • Prepares an accurate preliminary echocardiogram report for the cardiologist and assures that the equipment is in good working order.
  • Demonstrates business practices and personal actions that are ethical and adhere to corporate compliance and integrity guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • Registry in Sonography (ARDMS or RCVT)
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent
  • One year allowance to obtain registry
  • Registered Echo Tech (ARDMS or CCI) or Registry eligible
  • BLS (AHA)
