Job Summary
This role serves as the Design Project Lead overseeing the design and construction administration as an Owner's Representative for Meta's critical data centers.
The successful candidate will lead Civil, Structural, Landscape, and Architecture disciplines while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver capacity safely and on time.
Candidates must possess deep technical expertise in building systems including mechanical, electrical, control, and fire protection systems for mission-critical facilities.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Registered or licensed professional in Architecture or Engineering
8+ years experience in mission-critical building design
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects
Knowledge of IBC, ASCE, and safety standards
Proficiency with Revit/BIM, Bluebeam, Autodesk, and ACC
Nice-to-have
LEED Accreditation preferred
PMP Certification valued
Experience with cost estimating processes
Familiarity with Oracle P6 scheduling tools
Background in Data Center design and construction
Key Requirements
Registered or licensed professional degree in Architecture or Engineering
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in mission-critical building design
Proven project management experience on large-scale construction projects
