Key Requirements

  • Minimum two years construction or related industry experience
  • Ability to interpret fire code requirements (NFPA)
  • Experience with Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS or Fire Installation desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Writer, Visio
  • Working towards or possessing 2-year business or construction management degree
