  • The Field Operations Planner is responsible for overseeing the functional activities within Stores Operations, including Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) compliance, to achieve an excellent level of service in the support of the Company's material needs.
  • Responsibilities include conducting quality control, operational analysis, partnering with operating organizations for process improvements, benchmarking operations, developing performance metrics, and ensuring safe operation and maintenance of Stores equipment.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years experience OR Associate's Degree and 4 years experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years experience
  • 3 years operations, logistics, or relevant experience
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and stores computer systems
  • Knowledge of Stores/Warehousing/Operations and equipment
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Driver's License Required
