Job Summary
The Field Operations Planner is responsible for overseeing the functional activities within Stores Operations, including Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) compliance, to achieve an excellent level of service in the support of the Company's material needs.
Responsibilities include conducting quality control, operational analysis, partnering with operating organizations for process improvements, benchmarking operations, developing performance metrics, and ensuring safe operation and maintenance of Stores equipment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years experience OR Associate's Degree and 4 years experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years experience
3 years operations, logistics, or relevant experience
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and stores computer systems
Knowledge of Stores/Warehousing/Operations and equipment
