Job Summary
This role serves as the architect and integrator of operational excellence, aligning site execution, data, technology, and financial outcomes to deliver Winland’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
You will have full responsibility for safety, quality, service, cost, and people across Winland’s Condiments manufacturing network, leading several high-volume plants.
Deliver cost savings, productivity improvements, and margin expansion by optimizing labor, materials, and overhead while protecting safety and quality.

Key Requirements
