Job Summary

  • Representing the owner and/or tenants of the project and be responsible for troubleshooting and advising on engineering design, constructability, commissioning issues related to the project.
  • Prepare mechanical engineering specifications, technical drawings, and construction documents, including HVAC system designs, piping layouts, and equipment selection.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to infrastructure fit-out mechanical systems, and apply this knowledge to improve design and implementation processes.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English
  • Valid working status in Japan
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
