This position is responsible for providing clinical veterinary support for the Animal Care and Use program at the Ethicon Endo Surgery animal facility, reporting to the Attending Veterinarian.
Key responsibilities include providing high-quality veterinary care, reviewing research animal proposals, maintaining program SOPs, and training colleagues in techniques that promote the 3Rs.
The role requires a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with 2+ years of experience, sound understanding of animal welfare guidelines, and licensure in Ohio or ability to obtain it within 6 months.

Key Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine/Veterinary Medical Doctor required
2+ years clinical veterinary medicine experience
Regulated industry experience strongly preferred
Licensure in State of Ohio or ability to gain
Understanding of FDA, GLPs, GMPs, AAALAC standards
