Job Summary

  • Lead, design, and implement integrated RGMX plans and approaches tailored to the Uzbekistan market to support topline revenue growth and margin expansion by better targeting all key stakeholders (Consumers, Shoppers, and Customers).
  • Collaborate with system partners to identify and execute targeted growth initiatives in Uzbekistan through pricing, promotions, OBBPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, Channel) actions to unlock revenue, volume, and transaction opportunities.
  • Support the development of RGM capabilities for the Uzbekistan team, including training (e.g., through RGM Academy) and use of commercial tools (such as TPO, CPS, etc.).
