Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years experience in data science or GenAI
Pharma/biotech commercial analytics background
Experience deploying ML models in production
Proficiency with AWS and Snowflake cloud environments
Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Nice-to-have
Experience with rare disease patient-finding models
Familiarity with no-code data science SaaS tools
Track record of high visibility publications
Experience building evaluation frameworks for LLMs
Strong external partnership development skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, AI, CS, Statistics, or related field
Master's degree preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in advanced analytics or GenAI
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulatory requirements
