The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for all of the components of the Embassy mechanical systems, including but not limited to, the building automation system (BAS), chiller plant, air handling units, variable air volume (VAV) system, potable water/waste water treatment plant and distribution system

Job Summary

  • The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for all of the components of the Embassy mechanical systems, including but not limited to, the building automation system (BAS), chiller plant, air handling units, variable air volume (VAV) system, potable water/waste water treatment plant and distribution system.
  • Oversees a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for critical and non-critical HVAC equipment and systems by directing personnel and ensuring they use KPIs to analyze equipment and system performance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years project engineer experience
  • Minimum 1 year management and supervision experience
  • US Citizen
  • Valid US Passport
  • Valid driver's license
  • Secret security clearance or Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) certification
