Job Summary
As the Pastoral Care Practitioner, you will take a lead role honouring this legacy and in nurturing the commitment of all to the mission and values of St Vincent's Care Mitchelton.
We are looking for a compassionate, spiritual, and professional person to join the Pastoral Care team, working with the Facility Manager and care team to respond effectively to the diverse emotional, spiritual and religious needs of our residents, and their families.
Competitive salary packaging options up to $15,990, Novated leasing, plus an optional Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annum.

Key Requirements
Recognised qualification/training in Pastoral/Spiritual Care
Minimum 2 units CPE (or working towards completion)
Tertiary qualifications in counselling, theology, psychology or equivalent
Spiritual Care Australia Membership
Familiarity with Catholic culture, ritual, theology, tradition, and worldview
Relevant pastoral experience in a similar clinical/care/education environment
Demonstrated ability to promote Catholic ethos
National Police Certificate or NDIS Worker Screening Check
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
