Job Summary
Serve as a technical escalation point during system implementations, supporting performance, hardware validation, and resolution of complex issues before customer go-live.
Partner with internal teams and third-party integrators to ensure servers, storage, networking, and racks are built, cabled, and configured precisely to Philips specifications.
Travel to customer data centers as needed to inspect delivered systems, confirm installation quality, and support final technical readiness prior to handoff.
