Must-have
6 years preconstruction experience
CPM schedule development with Primavera P6
Electrical systems cost modeling
Utility coordination and procurement strategies
MEP coordination and constructability planning
Nice-to-have
Experience with sports or healthcare facilities
BIM coordination tools like Revit and Navisworks
Value engineering recommendations
Strong presentation skills to executive leadership
