Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of facilities maintenance services that supports the Group’s strategic and operational objectives.
  • A key focus is on service delivery, driving efficiencies, reducing cost and mitigating risk associated with management of the Group’s properties, and facilities services provided.
  • Manage budgets and capital investments, assist with preparation of annual Opex / maintenance budgets, CAPEX initiatives, regular review of premises financials / results, and supplier invoice processing approvals.
