Job Summary

• Ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building in accordance with state and company policies.
• Supervises the serving of alcohol by event day employees and holds pre- and post-event meetings.
• Observes, documents, and reports all alcohol-related issues, violations, pass-offs, and suspected guest intoxication.

• Must be able to obtain responsible alcohol service certifications
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly
• Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule
• Must be able to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours
