Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering
8+ years of industrial product design experience
2+ years of people and workload management experience
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, Creo, or Inventor)
Knowledge of Industry Standards (ANSI/DIN/AGMA/API/ISO)
