The Residency Program Associate Director, Psychiatry, supports the operations of the Psychiatric residency program including creation, implementation, daily operations, and accreditation.
This role involves supporting resident recruitment, education, supervision, evaluation, promotion, disciplinary actions, and fostering an effective learning climate at all teaching sites.
The Associate Director must comply with ACGME and MWHC policies and promote an inclusive teaching climate supportive of diversity, equity, and resident well-being.

Additional year of advanced Psychiatry training or significant inpatient experience
