As a Silicon Circuit Characterization engineer, you will optimize performance, power, yield, and quality of NVIDIA's chips and products through silicon bring-up and post-silicon characterization.
You will work closely with other engineering teams to drive design improvements and find creative solutions to complex silicon and system level problems.

Key Requirements
BS or MS degree in EE/CE or equivalent
5+ years relevant silicon validation experience
knowledge of chip and board level dI/dt analysis
experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
familiarity with transistor/device physics and silicon reliability
experience in power characterization and product binning methods
