Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Plan, conduct, and document required Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty Drills, and organize In Service education programs for all staff to assure competency.
  • Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
