  • 5 to 8+ years progressive accounting experience
  • Hands-on NetSuite or similar ERP systems
  • Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP principles
  • Experience with month-end close processes
  • Strong A/P and A/R management skills

Nice-to-have

  • CPA certification strongly preferred
  • Background in CPG or multi-unit retail
  • Comfortable working in-store scoop shifts
  • Startup DNA comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to write manuals without waiting

Key Requirements
