Job Summary
As a key member of Western Union's commercial leadership team, the Regional Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading and driving sales performance in the AMBA and Patagonia regions.
This role will oversee a field sales organization of 16 people, as well as the management, development, and growth of a distributed network of approximately 1,200 retail agents offering Pago Fácil and Western Union services.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience leading field sales teams (exclusive)
Experience managing direct reports in B2B/B2C sales environments
Proven track record of revenue growth, customer activation, and network expansion
Experience working with independent merchants or decentralized networks
Own vehicle in good condition, valid driver's license, and vehicle ownership (exclusive)
