Job Summary

  • VetnCare offers a 12-month New Associate Program that provides support, mentorship, and real clinical experience to help new graduate veterinarians grow into confident practitioners.
  • The program includes monthly RACE-approved clinical training, professional development workshops, and access to best-in-class veterinary resources such as VIN membership and Plumb’s Veterinary Drugs.
  • New graduates will be supported by a Clinical Director mentor, have gradual responsibility increases, and be part of a wider support network including clinical leaders and experienced veterinary teams.
