Job Summary
This role provides executive-level leadership for all IDS activities at the Singapore site and across the region, with primary accountability for Manufacturing and R&D systems, while also leading IDS capabilities spanning Data & Analytics, Infrastructure & Cloud Services (I&CS), Commercial IDS, Technology Services & Operations (TS&O), Artificial Intelligence, and Information Security.
Partner with business and functional leaders to prioritize demand, assess tradeoffs, and sequence initiatives across Manufacturing, R&D, Commercial, and enterprise functions.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing IDS organization in Singapore and the region, driving talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
