You will be a key driver in leading automation initiatives, serving as the critical liaison between business strategy and technology, partner with internal customers and stakeholders to problem solve, support day-to-day operations and maximize the value they get from using Workiva.

Chicago, IL: $87,700 - $100,100; McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100; Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100; Wilmington, DE: $87,700 - $100,100; Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of accounting experience
At least 1 year of SEC reporting experience
At least 1 year of experience with Financial Systems
At least 2 years of Workiva Wdesk experience
At least 1 year translating business strategy into digital products
At least 1 year working with cross functional teams in an agile environment
