Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, transcribe physician orders, chart nurses' notes, and complete required recordkeeping forms.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation, and care plan assessment to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
