Key Requirements
12 years of experience in tool engineering (Bachelor's)
10 years of experience in tool engineering (Master's)
Proficient with 3D CAD Software and PLM systems
Ability to perform design of complex, multi-piece tool assemblies
Extensive experience in drawing generation
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
