Job Summary

• Drive Mondelez's US litigation portfolio, providing strategic legal guidance on complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and risk mitigation.
• Lead and manage a broad docket of complex litigation matters, including potential MDLs, mass torts, governmental investigations and lawsuits, contractual disputes, and class actions.
• In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years litigation experience
• Active license to practice law in U.S.
• Experience managing MDLs, governmental investigations, commercial disputes, mass torts, consumer class actions
• Experience reviewing marketing materials, sales presentations, commercial contracts
