Must-have
Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 expertise
Failover Clustering and Hyper-V architecture
Azure Stack HCI deployment and operations
PowerShell scripting for automation
Performance optimization using PerfMon and WPA
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Mentoring junior engineers and knowledge sharing
Experience with CI/CD workflows and Git
Familiarity with SCVMM, SCOM, and SCCM
Proactive mindset for continuous improvement
Key Requirements
10-15+ years enterprise experience with Windows Server
Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
Proficiency in backup and DR tools like Veeam and Azure Backup
