Job Summary

  • As an Online Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation in store by keeping our team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy.
  • You will be responsible for the online shrink agenda with structured process and data lead decisions and validating picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning.

  • Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment
