Job Summary

  • You will be part of a specialist and knowledgeable team supporting with various pension enquiries.
  • Your training will be virtual and very comprehensive to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to be able to handle every call efficiently.
  • This is a remote role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shift patterns between the core hours of 8.30am to 6pm, there’s no evenings or weekends.
