Job Summary

  • The Patient Access Senior Representative demonstrates strong customer service orientation while handling all business functions in an assigned area to include reception, scheduling and registering patients for appointments and/or procedures.
  • This role performs all aspects of the Patient Access Rep position as needed, including greeting patients, securing information, ensuring data accuracy, validating insurance, and collecting co-pays.
  • Responsible for orienting and training new hires to service area and notifying supervisor of policy violations.
