Salary

Base: Competitive Salary & hourly rates; Bonus/Equity: Daily Volume Bonus and Quarterly Bonus up to 5% of base salary; Benefits: Comprehensive, day one benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision and CME, retirement plans, relocation package, professional liability coverage

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree for Physician Assistants
  • Master's Degree for Nurse Practitioners
  • 2-5 years post-residency experience
  • Minimum 18 months applicable practice experience
  • Adult and pediatric practice experience preferred
  • National Certification (ANCC or AANP)
  • Active state medical licensure
  • Urgent Care or Emergency Room setting experience
