Job Summary

  • This role serves as a subject matter expert responsible for executing complex monthly and quarterly commission calculations, adjustments, and clawbacks.
  • The position requires leading end-to-end close activities including intake validation, exception handling, and preparing audit evidence for SOX control execution.
  • Candidates will mentor junior analysts, standardize reconciliation processes, and partner with systems administrators on UAT and configuration fixes.
