  • The engineer acts as the primary contact for internal and external customers, providing coaching on quality processes, investigations, and regulatory guidance.
  • Responsibilities include triaging issues, managing region-specific KPIs like SDF and CSAT, and promoting a Zero Defect and Zero Harm culture.
