Job Summary

  • The Facilities Supervisor will work with vendors, troubleshoot repairs, respond to emergency calls, procure materials, implement, and maintain policies.
  • Coordinate contracted FM partners that perform Maintenance and Janitorial services within the facility and coordinate contractor services when required for HVAC, roof, generator, DI Water systems, and UPS system maintenance.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Facilities management
  • Previous Managerial or Supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Practical experience in Electrical, HVAC, Generator, and UPS operation
  • Practical experience in CMMS Systems, fire alarms, and building security
  • Practical experience in Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC mechanical trades
