Job Summary

  • As the REFS representative, you will act as the touchpoint for customers across all REFS domains to gather and maintain a deep understanding of business needs and shape customer requirements.
  • The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the economical, timely and effective completion of projects, including developing engineering studies, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating construction.
  • You will drive customer satisfaction at a site level, develop, own, and manage the measurement of customer satisfaction, and drive corrective actions when required.
