Salary

Base: €17.65/hour; Bonus/Equity: 2% shift premium, 30% night premium, 1.4% cold premium, 25% Saturday bonus, 50% Sunday/holiday bonus, 25% 6th/7th day bonus, 50% overtime, 100% Sunday/holiday overtime, €2,400 CAO 90 bonus; Benefits: €1.64/day net maintenance allowance for work clothes, €10/day meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, group insurance, €0.36/km bike allowance, possibility of bike lease after 6 months, year-end bonuses in December & January
