Job Summary

  • Provide direction and leadership of the site operations teams, including effective hiring, motivation, development, training and discipline of the site operation and maintenance organization, as part of the leadership team.
  • Initiate and manage site reviews, including maintenance standards, equipment replacement, security, change control, single points of failure, Tier adherence and operational risk.
  • Support Client / Customer projects in line with our operating scope and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and supplier when required to ensure safe works on site.
