  • The role involves taking inbound and making outbound calls to delinquent mortgage loan borrowers while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise, assist with special projects, mentor new hires, and support internal control standards and audit requirements.
