Base: $67,000.00 - $110,600.00; Bonus: Performance-based cash incentive awards available; Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) match, pension plan, 20+ days PTO

Must-have
Valid driver's license required
One year outside property claim experience
Ability to climb ladders up to 49 pounds
Willingness to relocate to Chicago area
Participation in catastrophe response deployment
Nice-to-have
General knowledge of Xactimate estimating system
Advanced interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience with multi-line claim handling
Mentoring capabilities for less experienced staff
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Obtain Insurance License within three months
Valid passport required
Two years previous outside property claim experience
