Job Summary
This position will partner closely across the organization, including Sales, Business Operations, Commercial Strategy, Supply Chain, and other Finance teams and functions to get results, build value, and identify and deliver process improvements.
Support and/or lead FP&A activities for the region. Responsibilities include developing the annual budget specific to this area, managing long-term planning activities, and overseeing rolling forecast processes.
Identify and analyse efficiencies in the business to motivate change and automation, increase revenue and build a strong team member engagement.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
7+ years of finance experience
Strong analytical and sophisticated financial modelling skills
Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Reporting Tools (e.g. TM1, Anaplan, Salesforce)
Ability to work on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in our central London office
