  • This role acts as the primary liaison between Customer Success and functional/technical teams, driving adoption of standardized sales and distribution processes and compliance globally.
  • The Symphony program aims to implement an updated ERP system and establish enterprise-wide standard processes to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
