Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
  • Works with the DON to recruit, hire and train nursing staff and acts as the back-up for the DON, RN and LVN staff.
  • Responsible for ensuring resident safety, and ensuring residents are treated with the utmost respect and maintaining and promotes resident rights.
