Job Summary

  • The Area Freight Operations Manager II is responsible for Freight Forwarding facility operations, managing inbound and outbound domestic and international freight shipments and ensuring governmental regulations and compliance requirements are met.
  • This position manages the facility profit and loss (P&L) process, ensures proper staffing and expense controls, and supports revenue generation and business development activities.
  • Responsibilities include project planning and execution, problem-solving and decision-making, collaboration with cross-functional teams, leadership and mentorship, process improvement and innovation, and handling customer queries.
